Terms & Conditions

For both Saddle London’s coffee loyalty card and matcha loyalty card, the following Terms & Conditions apply:

• These coffee and matcha loyalty cards are limited edition and are valid for use until 31/05/2026. After this date, the cards will no longer be accepted.
• One stamp per transaction. Includes any coffee or matcha from menu.
• Stamps can only be added at the time of purchase.
• Free coffee or matcha may be redeemed on a later date once the final stamp is collected.
• Upon redemption, the complete stamp card is taken by a Saddle team member.
• Free coffee includes – Any specialty coffee, unsweetened.
• Free matcha includes – Any matcha.
• Cards are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
• Lost or damaged cards will not be replaced.
• Offer is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the registered loyalty member.
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
• Management reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
